Did you know that \cite doesn't work with natbib, and that you have to change all occurrences to \citep or \citet ? And if you have an appendix in one chapter, that will fuck up the numbering scheme for all the sections in later chapters? And if you want to include graphics that are in pdf format, you have to use pdflatex instead of latex? But pdflatex doesn't accept postscript files, so you can't use some of one and some of the other?
