Does a hot dog count as meat?

I ate a hot dog yesterday, and some sort of beef on a stick at the Graduate Women's Project Free Fall Wine & Cheese Mixer. Why document all this meat for the teeming masses that read this blog? Because meat is tasty. And I've got nothing else to report.
