Running

Back in June, I started running regularly -- typically every weekday morning. At the beginning, I would run for about 10 to 15 minutes before getting tired or bored. A few weeks ago, I upped my time to 30 minutes on a for-the-fun-of-it Sunday run, then up to 40 minutes (~5 miles). This past Sunday I decided to do another what-the-hell run, and I ran for 80 minutes (~10 miles). Then I went back down to 40 minutes on Monday, then another 80 minute run yesterday. The 80-minute runs blistered up my toes. Maybe I need better shoes, or maybe that's how it goes when running longer. I'll have to ask someone knowledgable.
